The Way of Tea, which developed as an artform in its own right since the 15th century in Japan, is at the same time a path of knowledge and insight, as it is a Gesamtkunstwerk, a synthesis of artforms.
'Ichi go ichi e' - 'This moment, only once' is a central concept of the Japanese tea ceremony.
Sessions happen in various contexts, as well as on demand.
Depending on the circumstances an improvised Sukiya will be established.
